My Commitment
In addition to providing a professional unbiased inspection, one of the most important components of my work is educating clients about their future home. I welcome all questions and encourage clients to walk through the inspection with me to insure they get the greatest benefit from their investment.
I conduct all of my inspections in strict compliance with the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the American Society of Home Inspectors.
To insure that my inspections are unbiased and professional, I do not work on homes that I inspect.
Reports are delivered on site at the time of the inspection.
Because I know how crucial time is in real estate transactions, I work hard to be available by phone and try to return calls as promptly as possible.
